30 DAY GRATITUDE CHALLENGE

Research has found that expressing gratitude regularly can improve one’s physical health, social relationships, and sense of self-worth. Being only human, it's normal to get bogged down by the going ons of everyday life; it’s easy to get caught up in negative thinking. BUT LET'S STOP! Let's stop to smell the roses! Let's stop to count the things that can bring us back into the present moment and put life back into perspective. Let's stop to be thankful for the abundance in our life.

In an effort to build our school spirit and community, please join me in taking this Gratitude Challenge. It' fun. It's easy. And will only take a moment of your time each day, for 30 days.
